*Top-ups made through TrueMoney top-up machines at True Shops and MRT stations are always free of charge, with no transaction limits. At the beginning of each new month, the transaction count resets.

**If a customer completes 20 transactions in a month using bank top-ups, retail stores, or top-up machines, any additional top-up transactions via the Money Plus account will be subject to a 6 THB fee per transaction from the 21st transaction onwards. Effective from January 8, 2024 onward.

The service fee charged to the payer and/or the merchant is determined and collected by TrueMoney Myanmar, and it depends on the service agreement between TrueMoney Myanmar and the merchants/service providers abroad. Additionally, the currency exchange rate is subject to the prevailing exchange rate of TrueMoney Myanmar.

11. Funds Transfer (Recipient)

Note: True Smart Merchant service, campaign and other cashback promotions are exempt from charges.

1. The customer shall fill in the form of refusing the payment for WeCard/ True Card;

2. Send the document to Call Center, phone contact no. 1240;

3. Upon receipt of the document, TrueMoney will send the matter for inspection with the credit card

service provider. The process will take approximately 14-30 days after receipt of the completed

document.
