Promotional Campaign:
“New LINE MAN Users Receive 30% Discount (up to THB 100) on Food Orders via LINE MAN Application with a Minimum Order Value of THB 150 per Order, When Paid with TrueMoney.”

Promotion Period:
15 September 2025 – 31 December 2025

Participation Method in the Promotional Campaign

1. TrueMoney app users who are new LINE MAN users are eligible to receive a 30% discount (up to THB 100) on food orders made via the LINE MAN application with a minimum order value of THB 150 per order (food cost only).
2. Participants must enter the discount code LINEMANTMN30 in the “Coupon” field on the LINE MAN application and select TrueMoney as the payment method before placing the order.
3. The discount code is valid from 15 September 2025 to 31 December 2025.
4. The minimum order value is calculated after merchant-specific discounts are applied.
5. Each customer is entitled to one (1) discount per one (1) discount code, one (1) TrueMoney account, one (1) national ID number, and one (1) LINE MAN account throughout the promotion period.
6. The total number of redemptions is limited to 100,000 during the entire promotion period.
7. The discount code is valid only at participating LINE MAN restaurants, subject to LINE MAN’s terms and conditions.
8. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional campaigns, including “Pre-Order” and “Pick&Go” services.
9. The resale or unauthorized transfer of discount codes is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to revoke the discount code without prior notice in any case of violation.
10. The discount code cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used together with other LINE MAN discount codes.
11. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final.

These terms and conditions are provided to inform participants of the details and requirements of the promotional campaign “New LINE MAN Users Receive 30% Discount (up to THB 100) on Food Orders via LINE MAN Application with a Minimum Order Value of THB 150 per Order, When Paid with TrueMoney” (“Promotion”). Participants must acknowledge and agree to the campaign duration, participation method, reward details, and other applicable terms and conditions as outlined below:

1. This Promotion is organized by TrueMoney Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) in collaboration with LINE MAN (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
2. Eligible participants are those who have fully complied with the participation method, reward details, and all other applicable terms and conditions of the promotional campaign within the campaign period only.
3. The Promotion is organized by LINE MAN (Thailand) Co., Ltd. TrueMoney acts solely as the payment channel provider.
4. TrueMoney app users who are new LINE MAN users are entitled to receive a 30% discount (up to THB 100) on food orders via LINE MAN with a minimum order value of THB 150 per order (food cost only).
5. Participants must enter the discount code LINEMANTMN30 in the coupon field on the LINE MAN app and select TrueMoney as the payment method before placing the order.
6. The minimum order value is calculated after merchant-specific discounts are applied.

10. The discount code cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used together with other LINE MAN discount codes. It also cannot be applied to “Pre-Order” or “Pick&Go” services.
11. In the event that the Company found that a Participant or the Eligible Recipient (a) cancels the payment for goods and/or services and/or requests a refund of such payment; or (b) has the intention or behavior of using the Prize for commercial purposes or inappropriately; or (c) violates any of the terms and conditions of this Campaign; or (d) engages in fraud, corruption, or any unlawful act; or (e) has any other reason that the Participant or the Eligible Recipient cannot claim or use the Prize, the Company reserves the right to disqualify any Prize entitlement under this Campaign and/or reclaim any granted Prizes and/or take any other actions deemed appropriate by the Company without prior notice.
12. The Company reserves the right to change the promotion period, participation methods, rewards, or any details of the campaign without prior notice. In case of disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final.
13. The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.

3. The discount code is valid from 15 September 2025 to 31 December 2025.
4. The minimum order value is calculated after merchant-specific discounts are applied.
5. Each participant is entitled to one (1) redemption per one (1) user account, one (1) TrueMoney Wallet account, one (1) national ID number, and one (1) LINE MAN account per one (1) discount code throughout the promotion period.
6. The total number of redemptions is limited to 5,000 per month, with a combined total of 20,000 redemptions throughout the entire campaign period.
7. The discount code is valid only at participating LINE MAN restaurants, subject to LINE MAN’s terms and conditions.
8. The discount code cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional campaigns, including “Pre-Order” and “Pick&Go” services.
